Your profile
- Experience in industrial production, ideally in special machines, mechanics, assembly, wiring, sheet metal work or automation
- Experience in team management or workshop coordination
- Experience in operational management of a workshop or production team
- Ability to read plans and understand technical files
- Organizational skills, rigor, autonomy and team spirit
- Leadership in the field and the ability to move issues forward in concrete terms
- Experience in continuous improvement, quality, 5S or Kanban is an asset
Your tasks
- Organize daily work in the workshop
- Manage production teams: sheet metal work, assembly, cabling and warehousing
- Monitor production progress and priorities
- Adjust production priorities according to load constraints and deadlines
- Identify and escalate bottlenecks in the field
- Coordinate exchanges with the design office, automation department, warehouse and purchasing department
- Contribute to quality, meet deadlines and reduce rework
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workshop methods and standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, storage and quality instructions in the workshop
- Monitor simple performance indicators (lead times, quality, rework)
